• About me

  • As a ‘curious Gemini’, I have always been interested in those things that might be regarded by some as ‘alternatives’.

My background was originally in business administration, writing and helping to run the family business.   But, once time allowed, I dipped my toe into this world of alternatives, qualifying first as a reflexologist and later as an aromatherapist.

Still I wasn’t satisfied, feeling that there was something else I needed to do. And one day astrology literally found me – as so often happens with this fine, ancient art.  I consider myself to be a ‘healthy sceptic’ and my initial attitude, mainly gathered from the inevitable Sun sign columns, was one where I wondered exactly how long the subject would take to prove itself to be just the bit of fun I considered it to be.

How wrong I was. As things turned out I was blown away by astrology’s steadfast accuracy and powerful ability to reflect both actual events and psychological dynamics and characteristics.

I went on to study the subject in depth – although as an astrologer one is always learning. Eventually I graduated from two schools simultaneously – the astrologycollege.com and the London School of Astrology.  I have further expanded my astrological toolkit by going beyond the more modern western techniques which are very psychologically based and learning the more traditional classical methods, such as horary.

I have also achieved an MA in Astrology and Cosmology with the University of Wales, Trinity St. David and I am currently studying for a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques.

I am a member of the Association of Professional Astrologers International (APAI) and am secretary to the Advisory Panel on Astrological Education in the UK (APAE).

I have found that astrology works at ‘soul’ level – discovering where the soul inside us really wants to go in order to be fulfilled and happy.   By the same token, however, I am a plain and honest speaker.  The chart rarely lies and I am a reflection of that.
