If Humanity were my client
At the Full Moon we are able to see in full light – a Full Moon reveals and our eyes can see. We can see what we need within our lives and what we can let go of. But are we really looking? Are our eyes actually wide shut?
A Full Moon reveals what kind of harvest we have to reap. And no more so than now, as this Full Moon marks the ancient festival of Lughnasadh – harvest time and the celebrations of the fertility of our Earth.
I wish I’d valued my freedom
This Full Moon is screaming freedom, liberty and waking up to how we can do things differently in the face of draconian rules and regulations, the like of which we have never seen before in our lifetime. I did warn that this was on the agenda, but we compute the future from our own realities and I don’t think we could ever envisage that we would be facing the kind of restrictions we are now experiencing. So how can we move forward without allowing this virus to define our reality to the exclusion of everything else?
Can do is my mantra
The one certainty in life is death. Of course we don’t want to die before our time but we can’t avoid it. Something will get us in the end, but until that happens we must try to live according to the intentions of the Soul we have chosen to live during this life. But if we allow our lives to be ruled by fear and what we can’t do, rather than what we can do, our Soul’s purpose will not be fulfilled. Our mindset has to change to what we can do, how we can get ourselves out of the suicide mode we seem to have entered. If we don’t flick the switch to a can do attitude rather than a can’t do our civilization is heading for doomsday.
I want to be different
Thoughts become our actions, so we must ensure that our thoughts support the structure of the life we want to live. Critical thinking is a must, even though the critical thinkers right now appear to be regarded with suspicion as the disruptors. This Full Moon in Aquarius is seeking freedom and different solutions. Reinforcing this is its almost exact square to Uranus – the ultimate boho rebel, the non conformist and the first conspiracy theorist on the block. In myth he knew the other Gods wanted to keep man in his place where he could be controlled (ooh that sounds a bit familiar right now). As far as Uranus was concerned Man should be allowed to grow, so he let him into the secret of fire and man’s life was forever changed. This shocked the other Gods, but Uranus didn’t give a hoot. Uranus is the planet who likes to shock, but ultimately he wants to awaken. So basically what this Full Moon is saying is open your eyes, see the big picture and wake up before it’s too late. Don’t be afraid to be the one who does not conform to the party line. Don’t be afraid to be what seems like the lone voice. Don’t be afraid to be different and have your own thoughts. Don’t be afraid to have the courage of your own personal thoughts, thoughts that come from your own intuitive feelings, and don’t be afraid to have the authenticity to speak these thoughts.
Transformation
If Humanity were my client I would be talking to them about how they were going through some kind of psycho/spiritual crisis which meant that their life was going through a death/rebirth transformational experience. If humanity is to be reborn then parts of the old way of life have to die so that new ways can come in ready for the rebirth and so that the phoenix really can rise up from the ashes and fly. But you can’t have it both ways – you can’t hang on to the old whilst readying for the new.
Protect the children
There’s so much that is bad and toxic about our old lives and we have to open our eyes to it. The chart for the Full Moon highlights an exact opposition between Mercury and Saturn – the young versus the old. Both have been thrown to the wolves during this pandemic panic. The old have been neglected anyway but during the virus crisis even more so, denied the company of their loved ones and denied the necessary protection they deserve. The young are being denied their futures. Education is hardly happening and the future careers of our young are in tatters as job opportunities shrink and their degrees risk being wasted. Additionally, just google search how many children go missing every year and you will be shocked. This can’t be, you might say. But for sure trafficking and kidnapping of children exists and paedophilia, even in this modern age, is alive and kicking. Much of this internet chatter cannot be fact checked, but I think Epstein island is just the tip of an iceberg much larger than the one that sank the Titanic. Are most people really seeing this right now – no!!! Would they prefer to keep their eyes wide shut and ignore it – yes!!!
Critical Thinking
What Mercury opposite Saturn does highlight though is the ability to think critically and to be well informed so that the right kind of responsible action can be taken. So, as this Full Moon is indicating, we must wake up and see what is really going on and have the courage to face up to what is being kept hidden whilst we walk through life ignoring the undercurrent of toxicity that surrounds us.
Don’t let me not see you
I just read today that the swanky Google offices in London are ghost-like, with employees being told that they will not be back at work till maybe next Summer. If this is multiplied out, as it seems to be, London – the beating heart of UK Money Ltd., will look apocalyptic. But there are other more hidden costs to this - the cost of not being with a tribe, the cost of working alone, not connecting, not networking, not socializing. Even if we are with people, the dogma is wear a mask. Keep me separate from you. Build a wall to keep me safe from you – if you don’t then you are going to kill me!!! But seeing someone’s face is crucial to communication. Not being able to see someone’s face takes away the subtlety of seeing expressions and reading people on a more esoteric level. This new behaviour is radically changing the whole nature of civilization as we have known it since life began and this for me is perhaps the most scary part of what is beginning to happen within our civilization.
The importance of courage and difference
If you believe that the role of government is to keep you safe and protect you, dream on. A Government’s main focus is to keep the masses under control in order to project their own particular ideological view. Even when the animals rose up in Orwell’s Animal Farm, they eventually became subject to the ideology of the one animal who wanted to be in control. And so the ideology of all animals being equal became “some animals are more equal than others”. And in 1984 Orwell described a society where every record was destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every statue and street building renamed, every date altered - History stopped - nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.
So, if at this Full Moon this is not how you want your world to be, then have the courage to be different. Have the courage to be mocked and ridiculed because of your lone view in the storm. And for sure we will all need courage, with Mars in his own sign of Aries until January next year – an inordinately long time. In this Full Moon chart Mars has an exact square to Jupiter. Whilst this aspect supports those who are fighting for their beliefs, it will also support those who viciously attack the beliefs of others that they do not agree with.
Open your eyes to the cover-ups, the secrets, the maltreatment. Uranus was God of the Sky – he could look down and see all that was happening. Gaia, his mate, was Goddess of the Earth and right now never in her lifetime has she been treated quite so abominably by Man and his greed. To put it bluntly, in essence she has been raped; but she has survived worse than this and she will certainly outlive us. We must amend our wrongs to Gaia and we must have the courage of Uranus to stand out and be different as he throws down his rattlesnakes into the ring of our lives. Sleeping Beauty was eventually awoken out of her slumber, so my message to you at this Full Moon is to please heed the wake up call, question everything and have your eyes wide open.
