Stupid is as Stupid Does
‘We have the best politicians that money can buy’
And another – ‘the difference between humans and animals? Animals would never allow the dumbest ones to lead the pack’.
Full Moons reveal and bring events to a climax; they are like a torch in the sky giving us the light to see our way. What do we see at this Full Moon in Virgo on March 7th? We see the Sun (leaders) in the sign of Pisces. In Pisces they shouldhave compassion and care for the people, but do we see instead the shadow side of Pisces and a breed of leaders who actually deceive, undermine and conceal the truth from their people - Sun, Neptune and Saturn (almost) in Pisces? If I am correct in my opinion on our leaders it is amplified at the Full Moon with the Sun’s position in a conjunction to Neptune, Pisces’ ruler. Both Sun and Moon are in square to Mars in Gemini – we are in a war of words, commonly known as propaganda, produced by the mainstream media – a war of deceptive words designed to mindwash the public.
The Virgo/Pisces axis of the chart has a bearing on the physical and spiritual health of the community. What do we see there right now? We see excess deaths from ‘unknown’ causes, we see a rise in heart issues, we see a rise in cancers, particularly unusual cancers and we see a rise in general anxiety. What we also see in the chart is the Moon’s position echoing the charts for the initial roll out of the mRNA genetic therapy treatment, as well as a moon phase link back to this point in time. This focus is heightened with the release of communications made by the then Health Minister. Whilst I would not dwell too long on this revelation, it does back up the theory that our leaders did not have compassion; instead they sought to control the ‘herd’ through fear. Our leaders treated us with the contempt of farm animals and used our freedom and our money to fuel their own agendas. And it tells us this was planned.
Virgo is represented by the maiden carrying a sheaf of wheat, symbolising the harvest and our food supply. What actually is the situation with our food and the growth of our food? We see shortages and we see that the food planned for general consumption is ‘slowly, slowly catchy monkey’ being changed; we are told insects will be a good alternative food source and suddenly there it is - insect powder is already being subtly added with no knowledge of implications for our health.
Wherever we turn we find confusion and veiling of truths – we can’t even define what a woman is anymore. Not so long ago we would have laughed anyone straight out of the door should they even have hinted at that. We also have this weird encouragement of addressing people (and children) with a pronoun, pronouns that make no grammatical sense whatsoever when used in a sentence. Why? Why is so much sexual confusion being foisted upon our children? So many ‘whys’ and so much confusion – the people want to understand but they are overwhelmed and confused by data (Virgo/Pisces). And when they are overwhelmed, they identify with the three A’s – ambivalence, acquiescence and apathy. However, in my humble opinion, these are born out of a fourth A – assumption; the assumption that nothing untoward is happening and that we will all soon be back to our old lives!
I began this blog with two ‘oh so true’ quotes. The first is from Andrew Bridgen MP; I listened to an interview with him recently where he stated unequivocally that ‘he was offered anything he wanted’ if he would just ‘toe the line’ and follow the accepted narrative – a persuasion he chose to decline. His comment with regard to the quality of our politicians is particularly apt for this Full Moon where we see the Neptune emphasis. And the second quote just says it all anyway.
This Full Moon heralds Saturn’s entry into Pisces just a short while later, his first visit for 30 years. Saturn is clinging on with his fingertips to the last seconds of being where he is comfortable. For five years he has been in signs where he has control – he has moved from Earth to Air, but now he will dive into the waters of feelings and a world of no boundaries, whereas Saturn prefers containment and the security of fences. He is being called to answer to forces bigger than him – the divine. As he enters Pisces, Saturn will meet Pluto in the UK chart, ruler of our assets and how we earn our money. Just before the Full Moon we heard news that British microchip company Arm will float in New York instead of London this year, dealing a major blow to ambitions to make the city the first choice for tech company flotation. Will others follow - I don’t know. But Saturn’s move into Pisces signals some loss of control, particularly for the old guard.
The best thing about astrology is the ability to study cycles and look back to when Saturn was last in Pisces. This may give us clues but of course the context will be different and, therefore, the impact will not be the same. Saturn entered Pisces in the early 1930’s, in 1964 and again in 1993. The 1964 pass was perhaps the more impactful because he was part of a much bigger picture in that he opposed a conjunction of Pluto and Uranus, sextiled Jupiter and would go on to trine Neptune. 1964 was a period of civil rights activism as well as anti-war activism – the Vietnam war was peaking at the time. Pisces’ sense of compassion drove a sense of responsibility (Saturn) to act morally and lawfully. With Saturn’s involvement in the Pluto/Uranus conjunction we saw a real revolutionary cultural change in society, particularly involving music (the hysteria of Beatlemania) – a means of escape to where we could find our bliss (Pisces). It was huge in terms of cultural change. It was exciting. Everything was new and different. Being a participant of that time was incredible.
By the time of Saturn’s next entry into Pisces in 1993 the civil rights movement had moved forward to the point that Nelson Mandela was inaugurated as the first black president of South Africa. In the early 1960’s technology had been exploring how to facilitate computers being able to talk to each other and then in 1993 the internet exploded on to the scene. So the very beginnings of such a cultural change being grounded in reality (Pluto/Uranus opposite Saturn) allowed the actual reality to be achieved by Saturn’s next entry into Pisces. None of what we are experiencing now would have been possible without this.
And as Saturn prepares to enter Pisces now we see the explosion of AI via the internet just as Pluto will enter the technological sign of Aquarius. So we see the unfolding of a growing story with each of Saturn’s entries from the early days of computers talking to each other to potentially now being on the verge of singularity. Saturn in Pisces will be marking ethical boundaries. Will singularity be an ethical or moral boundary that should be crossed? As I said in my last blog we already see virtual barriers, made possible by AI, which we will not be allowed to cross unless we grease someone’s palms or behave in a certain manner. Saturn in Pisces is paving the way for a new Saturn Neptune cycle (similar energy but much bigger) which begins in 2026 on the Aries world point. Saturn restricts and Pisces symbolises dissolution. Our current Saturn Neptune cycle began with the fall of the Berlin Wall, the breaking up of the USSR and the end of the Cold War. The 1989 conjunction began in Capricorn (structures and hierarchies) but the upcoming cycle begins on a point that impacts the whole world – 0 degrees of Aries. So, whilst the last cycle was hugely impactful, this next one just feels so much bigger. Will we still be involved in this interminable push for war that we have now, where none of the Western countries appear to desire a peaceful solution. Once again why? Why are we not pushing hard for peace?
This Full Moon squares Mars and we have the drums of war echoing to the noise of propaganda. And it is propaganda that is driving this war. Just as an athlete’s success depends primarily on his psychological ability and drive for success, so the winner of any war depends on the success of the propaganda put out as support. And the release of Hancock’s messages clearly demonstrates the government’s unashamed use of psychological manipulation for a given end. What is the propaganda saying? For the first time giving money, weapons, aircraft is no longer enough. We must now send our men and women apparently. Do we really have the stomach for this? I think not. Our young particularly are far too ill prepared.
I am brought to despair when I listen to this propaganda, led by the powers in the west controlling a country that not so long ago was regarded as one of the most corrupt countries in the world and I doubt that much has changed. Their leader is feted and lauded wherever he goes. Saturn in Aquarius creates from control, whilst Saturn in Pisces creates from inside an illusory world with the spectators looking on through rose-coloured glasses. What is this illusory world? Do we really believe the propaganda that in this instance David can beat Goliath. Do we really believe that the bear will just roll over and be replaced by a more compliant bear? As America goes through its Pluto return are we being forced to participate in its reaction to potential loss of power. Biden has his own challenges which we can see from his chart - he can’t last in power much longer.
The USA is desperate to hang on to its number one superpower status, but this status is being diluted China is snapping at its heels and, in a partnership with Russia and the other BRICS countries, is a strong contender to take over. Already the petro dollar no longer rules strong. The Chinese can now pay in yuans rather than dollars for their oil from Saudi Arabia and they are willing customers for Russia’s energy. The sanctions the west has put in place have actually backfired and hit us hard. The USA can better absorb this than us, particularly following years of pandemic spending. We think we are funding a country just like us, but we aren’t we are funding a country that was high up in the corruption list.
Why is there so much push from the West for entry into a full-on world war and no appetite for peace in any form? Just why? If you have one of the most corrupt countries in the world it is easy to ‘use’ that corrupt country as the foil for a war. Feelings run deep there through centuries of history, but we can trace the beginnings of our current situation back to 2014 and the Minsk Agreement that was supposed to settle everything. However, we now know through admissions by Merkel that this was never intended to be an ending. This was always a divided country, but we have not been told the truth about the run up to the Minsk Agreement or that the people in the East in the Donbass and in Crimea voted to be part of Russia. Before long we will find ourselves somewhere we really don’t want to be, and we won’t be able to go back. The war machine is profitable and desirable for some, but not for the cannon fodder.
Full Moons reveal and it is interesting that the chart set for London shows all planets above the horizon – everything is visible, everything is ‘seeable’ – apart from the Moon (the people) – they are still in the dark. With Saturn in Pisces we must take responsibility for what is moral, right and ethical. We must take off the rose-coloured glasses. We must take responsibility for our own spiritual health and do what is right for us; Saturn’s entry into Pisces in the 60’s represented an uptake in interest in complementary therapies, meditation and yoga. We have five planets in mutable signs – six once Saturn enters Pisces. We are perfectly able to change direction and flow. Virgo seeks data and data will be the new gold, but in the meantime we should do what Virgo does best – sift through the information, take out what is useful and true, and check out what is really happening in the world. Mainstream media rarely mentions the destruction of a major pipeline. Why? This act of terrorism had a major effect on Europe so why the concealment and why so much apathy to not want to ask questions?
Saturn’s sign change is closely followed by a glimpse of what Pluto will augur in Aquarius. Aquarius to me symbolises the quantum image of the world where time is not linear and one action affects another on a quantum level, particularly when we are paying attention and ‘observing’. Aristotle made a distinction between the potential and the actuality of form – Entelechy. We are born with our horoscope, and we have to search deep within the waters of our soul to bring those potentials up to the surface (Saturn in Pisces). Otherwise those potentials remain just that – merely potentials.
The symbol for Aquarius should be considered less as a man holding a pitcher of water (which makes no logical sense whatsoever anyway) but more as a pitcher of ether and whatever is contained within that ether. AI can for sure be used for the good, but if we don’t examine the data how will we tell if something will harm us or help us? How will we know if AI merely follows someone else’s agenda? Humanity has soul and spirit and will always defy the odds. But maybe we are creating something that will become sentient and work against us to our detriment.
Pluto’s imminent entry into Aquarius signifies power potentially moving from the hierarchical governments and corporates to the people. We have not had Saturn in Pisces and Pluto in Aquarius since the time of the storming of the Bastille in 1789. (My thanks to Smiljana for reminding me of this one).[1] The seizing of this symbol of royal authority was seen as a marking of the monarchy’s abuse of power and was the flashpoint of the French Revolution. A poignant and timely reminder of people power. But first the Neptunian veil needs to be lifted to facilitate a desire for questions to be answered and the truth to be told.
