When the Gods Change their Clothes and the Power of Eight

Astrologers are studiers of cycles – small cycles such as the New and Full Moons within the bigger cycles of the outer planets that exercise a profound relationship with the collective – and the collective is you, me, Uncle Tom Cobley and civilisation as a whole.

The Moon changes her clothes (changes signs) every few days – a reflection of the constant changes of our moods and our emotions; Saturn roughly every two and a half years, but Pluto for instance only changes his clothes every 20 plus years– that’s a big deal.  Through the plasma and the ether that surround us, the energies of the planetary Gods reach us via subtle vibrational energies and the music/sounds of their orbits that reverberate and connect us all.  The planets weren’t called ‘the wanderers’ for nothing.  They are always moving, which means that, on the basis of ‘as above, so below’, life on Earth is always in some state of flux – sometimes good flux and sometimes not quite so cheerful flux.   This reflective pattern explains why civilisation has never remained static.   Upheavals in consciousness and wars for power and control involving money and ideological beliefs have triggered constant change, driven by the condition of the planetary Gods. But now we have the internet and 5G, which has allowed the stresses or ‘distress’ of our time to be felt globally, alongside global capitalism and the apparent desire for control of the collective consciousness of all humanity.

The last Full Moon reflected some really stirring events – particularly the disaster in Turkey and Syria, which occurred on the exact day of the Full Moon; the shooting down of the Chinese weather balloon, just the day before and earlier the derailment of a train carrying highly toxic chemicals in East Palestine, Ohio, now threatening an environmental disaster.

Coming up to date, on the 20th February, we will once again reach a new beginning for the lunar cycle – this time a New Moon in Pisces, a sign of extreme sensitivity and watery emotions.  And yet another New Moon right at the very beginning of a sign.  Pisces energy is often very nebulous and confusing; as though you can’t exactly put your finger on things.   And we will soon mark the one-year anniversary of war in Ukraine – another highly nebulous situation.   This New Moon is paving the way for Saturn’s entry into Pisces on March 7th.   As I have said in previous blogs, March sees a big change in our background energy as, shortly after Saturn’s entry into Pisces, Pluto will dip his toe into Aquarius, having spent almost 25 years in Capricorn.   So, very different background energies and a very big deal for the planet of transformation, Pluto.

Pisces reflects the uncontainable ocean where there are no barriers and no boundaries – hardly a comfortable place for Saturn, who likes to fence, limit, restrict, boundary and contain.  But he won’t be able to do what he loves quite so easily, as for just over two and a half years his boundaries become permeable, porous, invisible, out of control even.   Archetypal Saturn restricts and limits and he does this to teach humanity how to deal with a pathway which is not straight; a straight road is easy to navigate, whereas a bumpy road requires effort, adaptability and education.   In this way Saturn teaches humanity to be responsible for their actions.  Archetypal Saturn in my opinion is essentially moral and ethical, but I wonder in Pisces whether Saturn’s actions will be taken through blurred ideological boundaries, meaning that outcomes could perhaps be somewhat less than ethical, especially as we already have Neptune in Pisces.   We see already terminology such as bio-fortified, which really means genetically modified.  We see much interest in the genome and we now have RNA ‘vaccine’ technology, potentially affecting human DNA.  How far will genetic modification actually spread into humanity with technologies such as CRISPR?

As Pluto prepares to enter Aquarius, we can already see signs that this will herald a big leap in terms of the use of technology and in particular AI, which to me increases the potential of Saturn’s moral guidelines being breached.  Aquarius is an air sign, but because of its symbol of a man holding a pitcher of water, the symbolism has always been regarded as bringer of purifying water – as if we needed more water on top of all that Pisces water right now!  But certain researchers consider that it is not water tumbling from the pitcher, but rather air waves or electromagnetic waves.   Maybe plasma energy I would add.   This makes a lot of sense to me.  We should look at the energy of the two Gods, Saturn and Pluto together, as man faces a scenario where science will dive into realms not seen before – science without boundaries or science with invisible boundaries, which is where 5G technology will become crucial.

AI will have the invisibility of the ether, whilst Saturn in Pisces will allow it to go to infinity and beyond, crossing invisible barriers.  We are bombarded by invisible EMF waves.  Wifi surrounds us and we don’t know what the future effects of this will be.  We will have an ‘Internet of Eyes’, constantly surveilling via cameras that we just don’t see.  And this adds into the InternetofThings and the InternetofBodies.  So, with Saturn in Pisces, as AI explodes, we will see virtual perimeters and virtual boundaries.   The Pisces energy of Saturn will allow this technology to pervade, its implications for our future also invisible to most right now - the result of flawed and extremely ideological ideologies (Neptune in Pisces) which will pervade and permeate.   A science of no boundaries, automatically penetrating our homes and our bodies would be a technocrat’s wet dream as the race for your data becomes the next gold rush!  And data can be decoded by AI bringing with it brain transparency.

We have become accustomed to and ‘encouraged’ to embrace the idea of cameras surveilling our movements – in fact the UK is one of the most highly surveilled countries in the world.   We are told it’s for society’s good.  We are told that cameras everywhere helps us track criminals.   It’s for our safety - and so it goes on.   But, as this kind of technology intrudes on our lives in more undesired ways, Saturn in Pisces welcomes us to the perils of geofencing.   Geofencing senses when a ‘device’ – or person - enters a set location.   Just walking past a particular shop may trigger ‘today’s offer’ on an individual’s phone.  But there’s a more sinister side to geofencing.   When a car or person enters a restricted zone such as a ULEZ zone, LTN area, 15-minute city or 20-minute neighbourhood, the geofence may trigger a fine to be sent to you if you haven’t pre-paid, if you have gone over your allowance of entries or if you are not permitted to enter a particular area.   Further down the line though, if we adopt digital identities and digital currency, the flood gates open; the fine may be automatically taken from your digital wallet or perhaps compromise your social credit which may in the future influence your right to travel or your right to purchase certain products for instance.   In accordance with climate change policies there may be a limit on where and how far you can travel; or the amount of meat you may purchase perhaps - an ‘aisle of eyes’ in the supermarket could just prevent the meat counter doors from opening.  These boundaries may be invisible, but they have the potential to become a dystopian digital prison instead of the convenient route to a happy life as it is being sold to the public.

The astrology suggests we are moving into a confusing ‘no man’s land’ type situation.   How will humanity deal with the explosive rise of AI such as ChatGPT and i-Brain?   Will this type of science change humanity?  I’ve spoken about ChatGPT already, but i-Brain will think for you.  It will take notes during a meeting and distribute them.  Through its brain-computer interfaces, it can work within the field of neuroscience to perhaps help the disabled (great); it has also designed a football themed video game, controlled by the user’s thoughts only.  Fast forward, however, and we arrive at a future world where even our thoughts are no longer private (not so great)!!  Internet Armageddon!  As Bernard Guenther said – most people do not have the soul capacity, or the emotional, psychological and spiritual intelligence to handle this technology with a conscience.

Dr Yuval Noah Harari, right-hand man to Klaus Schwab of the WEF, has spoken about gaining control over humanity by hacking organisms.  In this way he said we “gain the power to re-engineer the future of life itself”.   So the goal here is to hack life.  Think about this – this is how corporates and the governments they influence, supporting questionable ideologies, take over humanity.  This is a perfect description of a world with Saturn in Pisces, Uranus in Taurus, Neptune in Pisces and Pluto in Aquarius.  This is science without boundaries.

The best of Pisces is a desire for a connection with the divine and the worst is chaos.  With both Saturn and Neptune in Pisces until 2026, we may see a technocratically ruled society where the technocrats desire to ‘play God’, considering they know what is best for society.   With the boundaries of moral practice crossed, humanity takes time (Saturn) to catch on that an autonomous world is not necessarily desirable and they do need the divine.  Governments and corporates (Saturn) latch on easily and fluidly (Pisces) to ideologies such as climate crisis and the profiteering that goes with it, confusing and deceiving (Pisces) the public as a whole, whilst narcissistically promoting that it is for humanity’s own good.  All while the AI is programmed to follow the agenda.

Dr Robert Malone in a recent article spoke about the role of science having reached a point where it can change nature.[1]  Malone begs the question that just because science has ‘matured’ to a point where it can effect such a change, on a moral and ethical level should it?   Will we cross unacceptable moral boundaries and irrevocably disrupt Nature?  Entomologists are linking 5G to global insect declines which could be potentially catastrophic for humanity.  If the insects die, we die!    A Mexico based start-up company will just before this New Moon release sulphur particles into the atmosphere in a so called ‘rogue’ move to create a mini volcano effect which it says could help to cool the planet.[2]   Just because we can, should we do this?   Malone in his article reminds us of the myth of Pandora.   Pandora’s curiosity led her to open a box containing sickness, death and other evils which were then released into the world.   Only one thing was left behind and that was Hope.   The opening of Pandora’s box led to many unforeseen problems, and once opened it could not be closed.   Can we be sure the science is correct or are we indeed opening a Pandora’s box which we cannot close?

When we overlay this New Moon with the chart for the United Kingdom, we see that the New Moon falls on Pluto in the UK chart, which means that by early March, when Saturn enters Pisces, he will quickly hit the UK Pluto.   I’m not a massive fan of Saturn/Pluto aspects.  They are harsh and crisis ridden.  They can augur tough times, harsh rules and laws; when Saturn met Pluto in the sky in January 2020 it was not long before we understood what the word ‘lockdown’ meant for us.  In the UK chart Pluto rules the second house of money and assets, yet another endorsement of potential financial difficulties.   The New Moon falls in the UK’s 5th house – our inner creativity, children and the stock market – all are threatened.

Astrology reflects a dual world, one of light and dark, Satan and the divine, truth and lies, positive and negative.  Hope though was left behind in Pandora’s box and, as I said, Saturn’s actions are essentially moral, ethical and protective.   Mercury (the mind) in Aquarius in the New Moon chart squares the nodes – our destiny axis (where we have come from and where we are aiming for).   Using our brains is essential rather than leaving them to slumber and rot in a ‘convenient’AI world.  It is vital we understand the implications we face; that we think for ourselves and think outside the matrix we are being sucked into.  We are overwhelmed with information which nudges us to think in a desired way.  If a video game can be powered by thoughts and AI can read our thoughts, then that shows just how powerful our thoughts are.   Therefore, we can use our thoughts to power something much more positive.   With Saturn and Neptune in Pisces until 2026 our responsibility is to strengthen our connections with the divine essence, both within us and outside of us, come together for humanity (Aquarius) and respect our planet (Taurus).  In 2014 Elon Musk warned that with AI we are ‘summoning the demon’, although he clearly played his own part in this.  Before our human uniqueness becomes irrevocably challenged and our lives intruded upon, we should reject the idea of a life where our thoughts become transparent.   When we come together to connect with the divine, we see an exponential relativity between the power of prayer and meditation and the coming together of humanity.  Today a friend suggested that we should practice the ‘Power of Eight’[3], join together as small groups of around eight and at a given time power our thoughts in meditation for healing or towards the creation of something better.  We are getting together to try this and it ‘feels’ right.

As I write this there are signs of push back - a huge march for freedom against 15 minute cities in Oxford and the Rage against the War Machine demonstration in Washington, USA.  We still have Hope left behind in Pandora’s Box, so let’s use Hope through our minds in a positive fashion.
