What does it really mean to be human?

What does it really mean to be human?

On November 30th we have a Full Moon in the sign of Gemini.   This is no ordinary Full Moon – it is a lunar eclipse – and eclipses call individuals to their personal destinies.    Full Moons reveal and bring events to a peak in energy.   A lunar eclipse occurs when the Sun, Moon and Earth are aligned and the Moon enters the Earth’s shadow.  Imagine how an ‘ancient’ might have felt at an eclipse, when the light of the Sun (Solar Eclipse) or their view of the Moon (Lunar Eclipse) was suddenly ‘eclipsed’.   Quite a terrifying experience possibly, so no wonder eclipses were regarded as potent augurs of grand events such as famines, war or diseases.  Eclipses highlight, sensitise and activate points and planets in a chart. An eclipse activating a personal planet often manifests as a prelude to an active period within your life.  Think of a lunar eclipse as a Super Full Moon on steroids and you won’t be far wrong.

So at this Full Moon we have the Moon in Gemini and the Sun in the opposite sign of Sagittarius.  Firstly how does Gemini energy manifest?    Gemini links with the planet Mercury and highlights the media, the mind, ideas, thoughts, our brains, communication and learning.   The Gemini individual is the connector of ideas and people – the networker building a group of contacts, and the connector of the dots between thoughts and ideas.   An eclipse activating Mercury energy suggests a time to carry through an important idea or, as it’s a Full Moon, possibly to let go of an idea or a thought. It’s a point where we need to ask ourselves questions – and because it’s an eclipse maybe these should be difficult questions.  Or to be honest any questions regarding our current situation!!

Our physical world reflects the archetypal planetary principles – the principles that guide our life.   But we still have choices as to how we express those principles according to our soul and our soul’s purpose.   Whilst we may feel oppressed and confused by endless restrictions and rules and laws, no one has jurisdiction over our soul.  Our soul’s purpose is our choice emanating from our thoughts and the vibrational level of our beliefs

At a Full Moon it’s very important that we bring in the opposing and balancing energy of the opposite sign, which at this Full Moon is Sagittarius.  And, as always at a Full Moon, this is where the Sun (the Soul) is positioned.  Sagittarius is Fire energy to balance and bring out the ‘va va voom’ of Gemini’s Air.   Sagittarius may sometimes ‘go large’ or ‘over the top’, but in essence he is the truth seeker and the freedom lover, sadly commonly known today as the ‘conspiracy theorist’.   Sagittarius, fuelled by his benevolent and sometimes extravagant Lord Jupiter, seeks to broaden the mind through travel, higher learning, optimism and through thinking and communicating on a higher vibrational level.  All this allows the individual to see the bigger picture rather than falling into the Gemini trap of distraction as something more exciting catches the eye.   Gemini also has a predilection for being the trickster and the gossip, so it may also be that at this Full Moon we see a revelation of what really is the fake news and even a pack of lies – particularly now that Neptune is standing still and preparing to move forward.

The bigger picture (Sun in Sagittarius), however, is that we are about to begin a new socio-economic cycle.  This is epic – this is the beginning of a new 200 year cycle, the like of which we have not seen since the 1200’s.   We are switching from an Earth cycle to an Air cycle.  This last Earth cycle, which is in its dying throes, began in the mid 1800’s.  Earth represents what is tangible – what can be felt and what has structure.  It manifested in the industrialised growth of the Industrial Revolution, mass production, the concentration on economic wealth.  Boosted by the increased transport networks, factories were built and for the first time we saw mass economic migration in search of jobs and money.   So began the industrialised cities.   The upcoming new cycle is totally different because it begins a cycle in Air.   Air is more concerned with things that have no actual form.  It is about communication, mental faculties, the brain, space and the immediate space around us.  Air cannot be seen or touched – it just fills space - but all sound and communication need air.   Sound comes from vibration within Air – so it’s so important to raise your level of consciousness in order that your mental vibration is at its highest level.

What we see right now is the old Plutocrats trying to have their last hurrah as they attempt to cling on to the old.  But in a new society built on the principle of Air these Plutocrats cannot manage to cling on to their Earthly idea of possessions and capitalistic growth.   Therefore, I think that this coming Full Moon in Air highlights and emphasises just how much we must fully use our mental skills; just how much we need to look beyond to see what the bigger picture really comprises; just how much we need to do our own research so that we can reclaim our ability to think for ourselves.  We have relied upon mainstream media to provide us with our information, but in reality all mainstream media is owned and controlled by these dying Plutocrats.

Right now I think the important players to look at are the World Economic Forum, headed by the octogenarian Klaus Schwab, together with his gang of the very rich and powerful who hang out in Davos annually to make their plans.  On the surface their goals and ideals appear idealistically amazing – sustainability, inclusion, caring for the planet, ‘smart’ everything (including ‘smart’ you) – nothing you can easily argue against.  But if you really dig deep and scrutinise, their real aims appear more to do with profit opportunities for their ‘stakeholders’, with humanity providing that profit opportunity, and Communism Mark 3, aided by a technological industrial revolution, facilitating control and monitoring of society via AI.

It was the WEF alongside Bill Gates who held Event 201 in October 2019 simulating events following a pandemic.  They particularly like to ‘use’ the vanguard of youth to promote their cause, which they did with Greta Thunberg.  However, the climate crisis and Xtinction Rebellion didn’t move things along quickly enough – the Plutocrats knew they were running out of time.  And just the eve before this eclipse I read of the WEF and the UN joining forces to create a powerful ‘information service’.   The UN is also apparently recruiting an army of young ‘influencers’ who will be ‘digital responders’ to correct ‘wrongthink’. The WEF’s bold statement that “by 2030 we won’t own anything, but we will be happy” seems insidiously eco fascist and frightening to the core. I’m sure though the ‘we’ only refers to the masses.

With a new societal revolution heralded by the joining of Jupiter and Saturn at 0 degrees of Aquarius, it is not hard to see how control of society via technology is highly possible.   Aquarius is an Air sign concerned with technology and new ground-breaking ideas, independence, fairness and freedom. Saturn speaks of control, limitations and restrictions but, whilst Jupiter expands the energy of the planet he touches, he is also very much concerned with truth and freedom.  And, as I always point out, there are negatives and positives to every planetary aspect.   So I feel it is important now to highlight the positive and allow our thought vibrations to reflect that positive arena rather than the negative.  And here I need to do a bit of ‘mea culpa’ because I think I have tended to err a bit too much on the negative.   What we think is often what we get in manifestation, so it has never been more important to function from the level of the highest consciousness.

A society governed by Air can be a society that has learned to be in tune with each other.   Aquarius is basically a humanitarian sign with a concern for the truth, for authenticity and for the rights of the community.   And Saturn wants to do the right thing, to take personal responsibility for our lives on a level where we are not dumbed down and where we learn for ourselves.   Within a community everyone must play their part and do the jobs that they are best equipped for.   And a functioning community nurtures the young and cares for the sick, the weak and the old.  Aquarius is also the sign of the zodiac most able to detach.  And that is exactly what we must do – detach ourselves from the drama of the now and allow ourselves to focus on the bigger picture.

Zach Bush, whose work and ethos I love, talked recently on how important it is that we take personal responsibility for our bodies – and, of course, the body is the physical carrier of our soul.   In his view, this vessel for the soul will become sick not because we have sat next to someone who is sick (germ theory) but more because we have not looked after it (terrain theory).   We have been given bodies with functioning immune systems – when our body is threatened the army in the form of T cell soldiers come out to fight.   But in order to have an army that is fit to fight we have to care for it first.   But the terrain of the natural environment and the terrain of our bodies (our microbiome) has become sick, creating a perfect storm for a virus.

Bush makes connections going back to World War One when he points out that we contaminated the planet with chemical warfare via nerve gas and mustard gas.   And then people became susceptible to the Spanish Flu.   Just before the AIDS situation we had introduced treating crops with glyphosates.   And remember how last year we had so many big fires – California, the Amazon Rain Forest, Europe and Australia – all around the globe.   These fires would have led to a higher concentration of PM 2.5 airborne particulates, the most harmful form of air pollution due to their ability to penetrate deep into the lungs, blood streams and brain, causing health problems. These airborne particulates are also the by-product of power plants, vehicle emissions and various industrial processes.   One important point to note is that viruses bind to them, thereby facilitating their journey around the globe

So at this Full Moon eclipse it’s time to join the dots and reclaim your Souls so that you can reclaim your destiny, rather than live out the destiny someone else has planned for you.  You made a contract when you were born to live your Soul’s purpose and not someone else’s.  And this is what being human means.   Being human is not about living in a body impregnated with SmartDust i.e. the WEF plan in the form of a computer smaller than a grain of sand within your body that can be read and communicated with.   Being human is about being a functioning member of a community that seeks to be a civilised society.  Being human is being personally creative.   It is not being a trans-human.   Yes, of course, AI and technology are likely to be part of the future blueprint, but there are also obvious ways that this can be for the good of humanity.   Being human is being intuitive.  Being human is having a sub-conscious mind where our past and future behaviours live.  Being human means that we sometimes make mistakes – that is how a human learns.  Humans are fallible.

I want to talk more in my next blog about how our Soul has almost its own immune system soldier in the form of the daemon, the guide, the spirit power animal, the character.  It can have many names, but it is here to be the driver of the Soul and it is also a part of Astrology too.  In the meantime remember what it is to be human before you can no longer remember.
